      考点1 谓语动词的时态
      1.一般现在时的变化规则 在一般现在时中,be动词在第一人称单数后用am,第三人称单数后用is,其他人称后均用are;动词have的第三人称单数形式用has。实义动词的第三人称单数形式的变化规则如下:
      2.一般现在时的用法(1)表示经常发生的、习惯性的、反复出现的动作或状态。常与副词(词组)always、every time、nw and then、ccasinally、ften、seldm、never、smetimes、usually、every day/night等连用。(人教B1WU)I’m an active persn and I lve sprts.我性格活泼,喜欢运动。She usually spends her weekends vlunteering.她通常在周末时做志愿者。
      (2)如果主句用一般将来时,那么在时间、条件或让步状语从句中,可用一般现在时表示将来。She will start her new jb when she receives the fficial ffer.当收到正式的邀请时,她将开始新工作。(3)用于按时刻表、日程表等安排将要发生的动作或事件。常见的动词(词组)有g、arrive、leave、start、stay、return、begin、cme、take ff等。Hurry up! Flight 4026 takes ff at 6:20 pm.快点儿吧!4026航班将在下午6:20起飞。(4)表示普遍真理、客观存在、科学事实及格言、警句。Metal expands when heated.金属加热后会膨胀。#2.4.1
      1.一般过去时的变化规则
      2.一般过去时的用法(1)表示在过去某一时间所发生的动作或存在的状态,与现在没有关系,常与yesterday、the ther day、 last week、 the day befre yesterday等表示过去的时间状语连用。The ther day, she gave me a call, asking fr help.前几天,她给我打了电话,请求帮助。
      (2)表示在过去一段时间内经常性或习惯性的动作,常与ften、usually、seldm 等表示频率的副词连用。I ften visited my grandmther when I was a child, listening t her past stries.小时候,我经常去看望奶奶,听她讲过去的故事。(3)有些句子虽然没有明确的表示过去的时间状语,但实际上指的是过去发生的动作或存在的状态,也要用一般过去时。常见的这类动词有knw、think、expect、want等。Edward, yu play s well. But I didn’t knw yu culd play the pian.爱德华,你弹得真好。但是我原来不知道你会弹钢琴。
      (4)在时间状语从句和条件状语从句中,用一般过去时表示过去将来的动作。She tld me as sn as she arrived, she wuld ring me up.她告诉我她一到就给我打电话。
      1.一般将来时的构成 一般将来时由“shall/will+动词原形”构成。2.一般将来时的用法(1)表示从现在来看将来要发生的动作或存在的状态,常与表示将来的时间状语tmrrw、next year、“in+一段时间”等连用。I will travel t many cuntries in the future, experiencing different cultures and making new friends alng the way.在未来,我将去许多国家旅游,体验不同的文化,并在旅途中结交新朋友。
      (2)“will+动词原形”还可以表示说话时临时做出的决定。—What time is it?——几点了?—I have n idea. But just a minute, I will check it fr yu.——我不知道。但是你稍等一下,我给你查查。
      3.其他表示“将来”的结构及用法(1)“be ging t+动词原形”表示按计划打算做某事或某种迹象预示着要发生某事。I am ging t take a trip t the muntains next summer.明年夏天我打算去山里旅行。(2)“be t+动词原形”表示按计划或安排即将发生的动作;也可表示命令、义务、禁止等。All teachers and students are t participate in the sprts meeting next week.全体师生都必须参加下周的运动会。
      (3)“be abut t+动词原形”表示正要或即将做某事,该结构不与表示具体时间的状语连用,而常与when...连用。The plane is abut t land. Please fasten yur seat belts.飞机即将降落,请系好安全带。
      1.过去将来时的构成 过去将来时由“wuld+动词原形”构成。2.过去将来时的用法 表示从过去的某一时间来看将来(仍然是过去时间)要发生的动作或呈现的状态。He said he wuld raise the questin at the meeting.他说他将在会议上提出这个问题。

      1.过去进行时的构成 过去进行时由“was/were+现在分词”构成。2.过去进行时的用法(1)表示过去某一时刻或某一段时间内正在进行的动作,常与表示过去的时间状语从句以及at that time、at that mment、at this time yesterday、at ten ’clck yesterday、last day/year等连用。We were having a family dinner at that time, sharing stries and laughter.当时我们全家正在共进晚餐,分享着故事和欢笑。
      He was writing a bk last year, but I dn’t knw if he has finished it.他去年在写一本书,但我不知道他是否已经完成了。(2)表示一个过去的动作正在进行时,这时另一个过去的动作发生了,常与连词when连用。Jack was wrking in the lab when the pwer cut ccurred.杰克正在实验室里工作,这时突然断电了。
      1.将来进行时的构成 将来进行时由“will/shall+be+现在分词”构成。2.将来进行时的用法 表示将来某一时刻或某一时间段正在进行的动作,常与一些标志性的时间状语连用,如this time next week、frm 1:30 t 4:30 tmrrw等。(外研XB2U1)T give an example, I will be signing an rgan dnatin agreement this time tmrrw. 比如说,明天这个时候我将在签署器官捐赠协议。

      1.现在完成时的构成现在完成时由“have/has+过去分词”构成。
      2.现在完成时的用法(1)表示说话时已经完成的动作,但这个动作对现在仍有影响。常与already、just、yet等副词连用。We have already made all the arrangements fr the trip, excited abut the adventure ahead.我们已经为旅行做了所有安排,对即将到来的冒险感到兴奋不已。(2)表示动作发生在过去,但一直延续至今(可能还要延续下去)。常与“since+过去时间点”“fr+时间段”“in/ver/during the last/past+时间段”、up t nw、s far、till nw、recently、lately等时间状语连用。S far, she has learned t play three sngs n the pian.到目前为止,她已经学会了弹奏三首钢琴曲。
      1.过去完成时的构成 过去完成时由“had+过去分词”构成。2.过去完成时的用法(1)表示在过去某一时间或某一动作之前完成的动作,即“过去的过去”。在语法填空题中,句中一般有明确的表示“过去的过去”的时间状语(从句),但很多时候需要通过上下文来判断。(外研XB1U5)At that time, peple believed that all species had appeared n Earth at the same time, and had nt changed since.当时,人们认为所有的物种都是同时出现在地球上的,并且此后再无变化。
      (2)表示从过去某一时间开始,一直延续到过去的另一时间的动作或状态,常用的时间状语有befre、by that time、by the end f、by the time等。By the time I arrived at the airprt, the flight had already taken ff, leaving me with n chice but t reschedule my trip.等我到达机场时,飞机已经起飞了,我别无选择,只好重新安排旅行。
      (3)表示“希望、打算、认为”的动词(如hpe、wish、want、expect、mean、plan、intend、think等)用过去完成时表示过去本打算实现而未实现的愿望或计划,相当于过去式后接不定式的完成式。She had intended t ck dinner fr the family, but she ended up rdering takeut because she was t tired. 她本打算为家人做晚餐,但她太累了,所以最终点了外卖。
      (三)常使用完成时的句型
      (1)This/It/That is the+序数词+time+that sb. has/have dne sth.This/It/That was the+序数词+time+that sb. had dne sth.这/那是某人第几次做某事。This is the first time that I have visited Munt Tai.这是我第一次游览泰山。(2)It/This is/was the+形容词最高级+名词+(that)定语从句,从句中的谓语动词用现在/过去完成时。This is the mst interesting nvel I have ever read.这是我读过的最有趣的小说。
      (3)It is/has been+一段时间+since sb. did sth.It was/had been+一段时间+since sb. had dne sth.自从某人做某事以来有多久了。It was 6 mnths since he had planted the trees.他种这些树已经6个月了。(4)在句型 中,主句用过去完成时,从句用一般过去时。Hardly had I gt hme when the rain pured dwn.我刚到家,雨就倾盆而下。

      (2)表示到目前为止的一段时间里在反复进行的动作。I have been calling him many times this mrning, but there’s n answer.今天早上我给他打了很多次电话,但都没有回应。

      考点2 谓语动词的语态
      一、被动语态的构成和用法
      1.被动语态的构成 被动语态由“be+及物动词的过去分词”构成,be动词有人称、数和时态的变化。被动语态的构成形式还有“get/becme+及物动词的过去分词”。各种时态的被动语态形式参见下表(以动词give为例):
      2.被动语态的用法(1)不知道或没有必要指出动作的执行者;(2)需要突出或强调动作的承受者。(北师大B1U3)First, the huse was cleaned frm tp t bttm.首先,房子被彻底打扫了一遍。
      二、主动形式表示被动意义
      1.“系动词feel、sund、taste、lk、smell、appear、seem等+形容词/名词”构成系表结构时,常用主动形式表示被动意义。This kind f wl shirt feels sft.这种羊毛衫摸起来很软。2.当sell、read、cut、wash、write、pen、wear(磨损)、burn等不及物动词后有状语(well/easily等)修饰,用来表示主语的属性、特征或功能时,常用主动形式表示被动意义。Have yu bught the bk that sells well these days? 你买了目前卖得很好的那本书了吗?
      3.need、want、require、deserve、bear等动词的后面常用动名词形式表示被动意义,其含义相当于动词不定式的被动形式。The huse needs repairing(=t be repaired).这所房子需要修理。4.在“主语(人/物)+be+形容词+不定式”结构中,不定式的主动形式表示被动意义。这些形容词有nice、easy、fit、hard、difficult、impssible、pleasant、interesting等。The bk is hard t find in the library because it is very ppular amng students.这本书在图书馆很难找到,因为它在学生中非常受欢迎。
      5.be t blame是用主动形式表示被动意义。This time, human activity will be t blame fr it.这次,人类活动要为此负责。易错提示(1)有些及物动词(短语)不能用于被动语态, 如have(有)、cst(花费)、lack(缺少)、belng t(属于)、date frm/back t(追溯到)、take part in(参加)等。(2)不及物动词(短语)不能用于被动语态,如happen/take place/ccur(发生)、remain(剩下)、break ut(爆发)、cme ut(出版)、run ut(用完)等。

      1.单个不定式、动名词或从句作主语时,谓语动词一般用单数形式;当两个或多个不定式、动名词或从句由and连接作主语且表示不同的概念时,谓语动词通常用复数形式。但what引导的主语从句意义上表示复数,或what从句中有两个(以上的)动词,是表示复数意义的并列结构时,谓语动词用复数形式。#1

      3.定语从句中关系代词作主语时谓语动词的单复数形式应与先行词一致;在“ne f the+复数名词”结构后跟的定语从句中,谓语动词用复数形式,但若ne前有this、the、the nly等,定语从句的关系词指代ne,谓语动词用单数形式;在非限制性定语从句中,如果关系词指代整个主句,则定语从句的谓语动词用单数形式。The pen which is n the table is yurs.桌子上的钢笔是你的。He is ne f the students in his class wh have been t Germany.他是班上去过德国的学生之一。
      He is the nly ne f the students in his class wh has been t Germany.他是班上唯一去过德国的学生。He said that he had never seen her befre, which was nt true.他说以前从没见过她,这不是真的。
      1.表示时间、金钱、距离、重量等的复数名词作主语时,通常被看作整体,谓语动词用单数形式。Tw thusand dllars is quite a lt f mney fr a child.对一个小孩来说,2,000美元是很多钱。
      2.“分数/百分数/a lt f/plenty f/the rest f/the majrity f/half f/mst f/sme f/...+名词”构成的短语作主语时,谓语动词的单复数形式由短语中的名词来确定。Nearly three quarters f the earth’s surface is cvered by water.地球表面近四分之三被水覆盖。The rest f these raw materials were saved fr ther purpses.这些原材料的剩余部分被节省出来作为他用。
      易错提示“a large quantity f+名词”作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式;“large quantities f+名词”作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式。A large quantity f mney has been wasted n the prject.=Large quantities f mney have been wasted n the prject.大量的金钱被浪费在了这个项目上。
      3.“a number f+名词复数”作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式,意为“一些”;“the number f+名词复数”作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式,意为“……的数量”。The number f peple invited was fifty, but a number f them were absent fr different reasns.受到邀请的人数是50,但其中一些人出于各种原因缺席了。
      4.peple、plice等集体名词作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式。family、team、class、audience、crew等作主语时,若指一个整体,谓语动词用单数形式;若指组成集体的成员,则用复数形式。His family is a big ne in the lcal area.他家在当地是一个大家族。The family were trapped n the rf by the fld yesterday.昨天那家人被洪水困在屋顶上。5.“the+形容词”表示一类人,在句中作主语时,谓语动词常用复数形式。The yung think differently frm their parents.年轻人和他们的父母想法不同。
      1.由r、、、nt als...、等连接并列主语时,谓语动词的单复数形式常和离它最近的主语保持一致。Nt nly Peter but als his tw sisters take great interest in the pian lessns.不仅彼得,就连他的两个姐姐也对钢琴课有极大的兴趣。2.there be句型中,两个或多个并列名词作主语时,be的形式与其最邻近的名词保持一致。There is a cmputer and three chairs in my new ffice.我的新办公室里有一台电脑和三把椅子。
