She must be s calm, they thught. Inside, Sphie was anything but calm. She felt a strm f stress—wrried her ideas were stupid, afraid f being laughed at.
      This negative feeling grew until the day her grup was struggling. They needed a creative idea fr their science pster, but everyne was stuck. Sphie’s mind was racing with a perfect cncept, but her vice felt lcked. If I say it wrng, they'll think I'm flish, she thught.
      Her friend Le nticed her clenched fists. "Sphie," he said gently, nt t the grup, but just t her. "Yu lk like yu have an idea. Want t give it a try?" It wasn't a demand, but an invitatin. Sphie tk a deep breath. "What if…," she started quietly, then explained her idea abut shwing the water cycle like a cmic bk.
      The grup fell silent, then erupted. "That's brilliant!" ne said. Sphie felt a shck f jyful surprise. Her wrry hadn't vanished, but it was nw mixed with prud relief. Le smiled. "Smetimes," he whispered, "we hld back ur best ideas because we're afraid they're nt gd enugh. But yu wn't knw until yu share them."
