2. Ask students t read the stry quickly t check their predictins.
3. Have students read the stry again and circle the imprtant infrmatin fr retelling.
During the prcess,the teacher can explain the imprtant language pints t students.
4. Divide students int several grups t retell the stry. The teacher can walk arund t
mnitr and ffer help in need. Fr the weak grups,the teacher can prvide the utline
f the stry.

This lessn fcused n an allergy stry,aiming t develp students' retelling and writing skills. In
pre-writing, retelling via picture inference and key infrmatin circling helped students grasp the stry. Hwever, sme weak students struggled with retelling even with utlines. Overall, students practised retelling and writing skills well,but scafflding fr weaker learners needed imprvement.
