3a Read the sentences. What tenses d they use? When d yu use each tense?
Sentences 1, 3, 4 use the simple past tense (一般过去时), and sentence 2 uses the simple present tense (一般现在时).I use the simple past tense t talk abut things happened in the past, and I use the simple present tense t talk abut facts and states r things that frequently happen.

考向2 一般过去时和一般现在时的区别
【特别提醒】通常情况下，一般现在时与频度副词(如ften、always等)连用，但一般过去时也可与频度副词连用，表示过去某个动作发生的频率。He always played basketball with his classmates after schl last term. 上学期放学后，他总是和同学们一起打篮球。
