Weather and Md
D yu knw hw weather affects ur lives? Well, it affects where we g, what we d, and what we wear. And it als affects hw we feel and behave. it is a big part f ur lives!
We ften use weather language t describe hw we feel. Fr example, if we are feeling ill, we say we are "under the weather". If we are feeling stressed and busy.We can say that we are "'snwed under". We use "bad" weather (rainy, strmy etc.) t describe bad md, and "gd" weather (sunny, warm, etc.) t describe a gd md.
And that is nt all. The weather can even change the way we feel! Fr example, sunlight helps ur bdy t prduce vitamin D. This vitamin can imprve ur md. But sme parts f the wrld get less sunlight in winter, s peple can feel unusually sad then. Hwever,when it is ht and sunny, sme peple may get angry easily t! Scientists are still studying hw the weather changes the way peple feel and behave.
These days, many f us spend less time utside than in the past. Getting n fresh air r sunlight and spending t much time inside can make us feel dwn. it is very imprtant t g utside nce in a while, whatever the weather, rain r shine!
