2. Shw sme pictures f different weather cnditins and ask students t describe them using simple English sentences.
Step 2: Presentatin (10 minutes)
1. Present the sentences in Grammar Fcus n the PPT and ask students t read them alud.
2. Guide students t bserve the verb frms and time expressins in the sentences and ask them t think abut the differences between the tw tenses.
3. Explain the structures and usage f the present cntinuus tense (be + ding) and the simple present tense (subject + verb in base frm/ third persn singular frm) with examples n the blackbard.
4. Summarize the key pints and differences f the tw tenses in a table n the
PPT.
Step 3: Practice (15 minutes)
1. 3a: Students read the sentences and discuss in pairs what tenses they use and when t use each tense. Then, invite sme pairs t share their ideas.
2. 3b: Students cmplete the cnversatins with the crrect frms f the verbs in brackets individually. Check the answers tgether and explain the reasns.
3. 3c: Students cmplete the passage with the crrect frms f the verbs in brackets in grups. Each grup selects a representative t present their answers n the blackbard. Crrect and analyze the answers tgether.
Step 4: Prductin (10 minutes)
1. 3d: Students imagine that they are at a beautiful place utdrs and describe the weather and activities t their partners. Their partners try t guess where they are.
2. Invite sme pairs t cme t the frnt and have a demnstratin. Encurage ther students t ask questins and make cmments.
Step 5: Summary and Hmewrk (5 minutes)
1. Summarize the main pints f this lessn, emphasizing the crrect usage f the present cntinuus tense and the simple present tense.
2. Assign hmewrk: Write a shrt cmpsitin abut the weather and activities in yur hmetwn, using the tw tenses learned tday.
