    (I) Leading in (5 minutes)
    1. Play a shrt vide abut different weather, such as sunny, rainy, windy, etc., ask the students: " What can yu see in the vide?"Guide the students t answer the wrds abut varius weather cnditins.
    2. Shw sme pictures f different weather, and ask the students t tell the weather in English, such as "IT's sunny / cludy / windy..."
    (Ii) Wrd learning (8 minutes)
    1. Present the picture in 1a, let the students bserve the weather in the picture, and then write the wrds "cludy, dry, lightning, strmy, windy" in the bx belw the crrespnding picture.
    2. Invite several students t read the wrds, ask the teacher t crrect the prnunciatin, and then read with the whle class.
    3. Play vcabulary games, such as "Wrd Relay" (wrd relay): the teacher speaks a weather wrd, and then let the students quickly say the next weather wrd in turn, nt repeated.
    (III) Listening exercises (10 minutes)
    1. Let the students see the map and weather infrmatin f 1b t briefly intrduce the lcatin and weather cnditins in different regins f Australia.
    2. Play the listening materials, and the students will cnnect the different areas t
    the crrespnding weather cnditins while listening.
    3. Play the listening system again, check the answers, and let the students tell the key infrmatin they heard.
    (IV) Dialgue exercises (5 minutes)
    1. Play a recrding f 1c and let the students circle the crrect answer while listening.
    2. Please answer the questins, check the answers and explain why.
    3. Let the students wrk in grups, imitate the dialgue f 1c, adapt it accrding t their wn ideas, and then practice the dialgue. Several grups f students were invited t shw ff n the stage, and the ther students listened carefully and gave cmments.(V) Speech learning (7 minutes)
    1. Shw the prnunciatin rules and example wrds f "ar, er, ir, r, ur", and let the students listen t the recrding and read it.
    2. Let the students bserve the prnunciatin characteristics f each grup f wrds and try t summarize the rules.
    3. Guide the students t cme up with a wrd that cnfrms t the prnunciatin rules f each grup t deepen the understanding and memry f prnunciatin.
    (Vi) Expansin and applicatin (5 minutes)
    1. Put the students in grups fr a 1d activity t talk abut the lcal weather and what peple are ding.
    2. Invite several grups f students t shw ff, and ther students will listen carefully and evaluate them.
    (Vii) Summary and wrk assignment (5 minutes)
    1. Review the weather vcabulary, sentence patterns and prnunciatin knwledge learned in this lessn with the students.
    2. Assignment:
    Write a shrt article in English abut the weather and yur family's activities.
    Listen t the recrding, imitate the prnunciatin and intnatin, and read alud frm 1a-1d.
