[What]本节课为听说课,内容是向外国朋友介绍国菜并和外国朋友点菜。文本首先设置看图预测,学习些中国菜的英文名字,接着听一段对话,获取湖南菜和川菜的区别,推荐剁椒鱼头、过桥豆腐的原因;最后角色演请外国朋友吃饭,推荐菜品并点菜,内化语言知识,深对主题的理解。
[Why]向外国朋友介绍中国食物和文化,增强学生日祖国意识和跨文化交际能力,增强文化自信。
[Hw]将英语语用目标和本单元的主题语境结合来,设置听说活动,让学生在主题语境的探索中提高英运用能力,深入对主题的探究。
学情分析
在本节课中,学生已经相对熟悉了本单元的美食话题,教师要带领学生克服羞怯,专心听力训练,自信勇敢表达。在听力训练环节中,先看图预测,再听对话获取信息,在表达环节,进行角色扮演给外国朋友推荐具有中国特色的菜肴。
教学目标
1.获取听力中不同菜的特点及推荐的理由,
2.使用恰当的语言向外国友人介绍中国饮食文化,述中国不同菜系的特点。
3.培养学生利用图片和文本预测听力内容的策略能力。
