    Why peple start fllwing a plant-based diet? One f the main reasns is the health benefits. Nw, mre s than ever, research is shwing hw eating mre plants and less meat can psitively affect health. Particularly, a plant-based lifestyle has been linked t heart health. In a study f mre than 10,000 adults published in the Jurnal f the American Heart Assciatin, it was shwn that thse wh fllwed a mre plant-based diet had a 16 percent lwer risk f having cardivascular(心血管的) disease and a 32 percent lwer risk f dying f cardivascular disease.
