    教学目标

    本课结束时学生能够

    1. 在毕业季来临学生憧憬自己学校未来的语境中,理解并学习单词和词组: have a picnic, grow a plant, carry, online, head teacher
    2. 打电话给校长的情境中,复习使用一般将来时“…will…”描述未来学校的畅想
    3. 学生通过对自己学校未来的憧憬,感受到学校未来的美好,从而加深自己对母校的热爱。

    教学重点

    理解、掌握词汇学习:have a picnic, grow a plant, carry, online, head teacher

    句型复习:一般将来时will

    教学难点:在语篇中正确理解carryonline含义, 以及plant的词性和词义的变化

    教学准备:课件、学习单

    课时安排:1课时

     

    教学过程

    Pre-task preparation

    1.    Greetings.

    Hello, everyone. First let me introduce myself. My name is Phoebe. I am a teacher at Changchun No.1 Experimental Zhonghai Primary School.

    1.    A video about school in the future

     First, I’ll show you a video. According to the video, can you guess what we will talk about today?

    预设1: in the future

    预设2: school

    预设3: school in the future

    T: The topic is “our school in the future”

    While-task procedure

    1. Guide the students to todays topic- Students from Class 6A are wring their wishes about their school in the future.

    Look at the pictures. Who are they?

    预设1Peter, Alice, Joe, Kitty and Jill.

    预设2They are students from Class 6A.

    They will graduate from their school this summer. Now they are writing their wishes about their school. Do you want to know their wishes? Lets see what changes they would like to see in their school in the future.

    2. Task One

    Open the envelopes on your desk. Choose a piece of paper. Listen to their wishes carefully and complete the sentence.

    Share your answers in your group. Pay attention to the meaning of all these phrases.

    3. Check the answer and learn together.

    Whose wish would you like to know first?

    According to students choice, learn the new words and phrases one by one.

    Is there a garden in your school? Do you grow a plant in your school? Let me show you more plants. What does plant mean here? (拓展plant a tree)

    预设3carry any books

    Students should carry many books every day. Look at the girls. They are carrying some books. Can you do the action: carry your books? Pay attention to the sound of letter A.

    In the future, students will not carry any books. Where are their books? All their books will be on a small computer.

    预设4study online

    Look at the children. They use a computer to study online. Students can study online at home. People also can buy online at home. What else can people do online? We can use a computer to do things online. We can also use a smart phone to do things online.

    预设5head teacher

    Jill will be a head teacher. People use our heads to control our body. The head is the leader of our body. Head teacher is the leader in a school. He or she need to manage a school. So can you guess the meaning of head teacher? Who is the head teacher in your school? What do you want to be in the future?

    4. Watch the video and pay attention to your pronunciation.

    5. Make a phone call.

    What can you hear? Who is talking on the phone. Lets listen.

    Kitty and her classmates want to make a phone to their head teacher Mr Yang. Lets help them to complete these blanks.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Ask 4 students to come to the front and make a phone call as an example. Then ask students to do the same way in groups.

    预设:Students say the sentences together.

    Look, this is our school. Do you like our school? Lets give our best wishes to our school together.
