Ⅰ. Pre-task preparations
1.和学生玩猜谜游戏。教师描述班中任意一位学生的外貌特征及喜好,让学生猜猜他/她是谁。
T: He's/She's in our class. He's/she’s tall/short... He/She likes sport. He/She likes running and playing table tennis. Who's he/she?
Ss: He/She is (name).
学生仿照教师描述自己的一个朋友,让其余学生猜。
S1: I have a friend. We're in the same class. She can s ing and dance. But she can't swim. Who's she?
2.播放Listen and enjoy的儿歌,让学生自编一首类似的歌谣。
S1: I have a friend.
She's small and lovely.
We often play together.
She can sing and dance.
But she can't talk.
And she never eats or drinks. (A doll)
Ⅱ. While-task procedures
1.通过提问,让学生说一说他们的好朋友的情况。
(1)Who's your best friend?
(2)What do you like?
(3)What does your friend like?
(4)What do you both like (doing)!
(5)What do you often do together?
(6)How do you feel when you're together?
2.教师引导学生问答,然后安排学生两人一组,互相问答。
T: I like apples. What's your favorite fruit?
S1: Apples are my favorite fruit.
T: We both like apples. What's your favorite color?
S1: My favorite color is red.
T: My favorite color is blue. We like different colors.
在黑板上写下favorite fruit/sport/animal/color/subject等,让学生相互讨论。
3.出示下列表格,让学生自行在班级中寻找一两名同学,通过问答收集信息。

4.学生四人一组,根据上面表格的记录,以Same or different为主题,交流他们收集到的信息。
Ss: Tom and Mary are in the same class. They live in different places. They're now both twelve years old. They both like dogs.
They both like blue. But they like different sports. They like different subjects.
Ⅲ. Post-task activities
1.学生根据自己朋友的情况完成Think and write的写作练习。然后和同桌互相介绍自己和好朋友的情况。
2.学生按照Do a survey的内容互相访问,了解彼此的好朋友。
S1: Who is / are your good friend(s)?
S2: (name) is my good friend. / (name) and (name) are my good friends.
S1: Are you in the same class?
S2: Yes, we're both in Class...
S1: Do you like the same sport?
S2: Yes, we both like ... /No, I like...and he/she likes...
学生根据调查情况作汇报。请个别学生上来向全班汇报。教师可以提供模板供学生参考。
