Lesson 5: Meet Ms. Liu
设计说明 首先,通过学生对自己老师的了解进行问答,自然导入新课。结合图片和语境理解学习本课的生词短语并大声朗读,然后通过听录音回答问题、听录音判断正误让学生初步了解课文内容;再通过默读完成表格,进一步熟悉理解课文;之后再边听边找出本课的重要短语并让学生说出汉语意思,接下来让学生根据课文的关键信息复述课文内容,之后讲解本课的重要语言点。在完成课本Let’s Do It! No. 3的练习之后,让学生互相讨论他们最喜欢的老师,并让部分学生进行展示。最后通过设置的当堂达标的题目检测学生的课堂学习效果。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标 掌握单词:someone, England, encourage, discuss, patient 接触单词:knowledgeable, piano 短语:feel lucky to do…, encourage… to do…, play the piano 句型: I feel lucky to have her as my English teacher. She encourages us to ask questions and discuss the answers with each other. She plays the piano, and she is a very good singer, too. 2.能力目标 能用英语介绍他人。 3.情感目标 感恩老师;大胆表达。 重点难点 1.重点:本课节重点单词、短语、句型。 2.难点:能用英语介绍他人。 教学准备 PPT 课件;本课用到的录音;相关图片。 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in 1. Have a free talk with students about myself. For example: T: What do you know about me? Ss: … T: Do you know my name? Ss: … T: Do you know my personality? Ss: … T: Do you know what I like/hate? Ss: … T: Do you like me? Why (not)? Ss: … 2. Talk about Helen Keller with students. Step 2 Presentation 1.
