设计说明 首先,通过对话和独白复习谈论身高和介绍身高的表达。接着,通过讨论图片学习Part 1中的生词和短语,并进行练习。通过听音回答问题、读后回答问题、跟读练习并表演学习Part 1,通过多种活动的设置,加深学生对Part 1的理解;其次,通过谈论图片学习Part 2中的生词,拓展表示情感的词汇,并跟音诵读Part 2,这首诗歌既让学生了解了不同的情感,又能培养学生的学习乐趣。最后,处理剩余的练习题,增强学生的语言运用能力。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,学生达成以下目标: 1. 知识目标 掌握单词:hurt, enough, laugh 接触单词:oh, donut 短语和句型:—How do you feel? —I’m/I feel…. What’s wrong? 2. 能力目标 (1)能掌握更多表达情感的词汇; (2)能用英语询问他人的感受,并能简单地表达自己的感受。 3. 情感目标 关注他人的感受,关爱他人。 重点难点 1. 重点:本课节重点单词、短语、句型; 能用英语询问他人的感受。 2. 难点:能简单地表达自己的感受。 教学准备 PPT 课件;有关情绪的图片;课文及听力练习的录音。 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Warming up Check homework. First,interview the classmates, and then, write some sentences. Example: Interview A: Hi, B!How tall are you? B: I’m…metre(s) tall. A: Oh, you’re (a bit) tall/short. How tall are you, C? C: I’m…metre(s) tall. A: You’re (a bit) tall /short. Sentences: I’m A. I’m… meter(s) tall. I’m (a bit) short/tall. My friend B is… metre(s) tall. He/She is (a bit) tall/short. Step 2 Presentation 1. Show the picture and teach the sentence How do/does sb. feel? Teacher says: Look at the boy. How does he feel today?
2. Show the picture and teach the sentence What’s wrong? and the new words hurt, donut, enough.
Step 3 Practice 1. Get the class to practice the conversation .
2. Check them. Step 4 Listening and answering (Part 1) Play the recording for the class to listen and answer the following question. How does Danny feel? Answers: He feels sad. Step 5 Reading and answering Get the class to read Part 1 and answer the questions in Let’s Do It! No. 1. 1. How does Jenny feel? 2. Is Danny hurt? 3. Is Danny tired? 4. How many donuts does Danny’s mother want him to eat? 5. Is Danny’s mother right? Answers: 1. She feels happy. 2. No, he isn’t. 3. No, he isn’t. 4. Only one. 5. Yes, she is. Step 6 Reading and acting 1. Get the class to read the conversation in Part 1 following the recording together. 2. Act it out in pairs. Step 7 Presentation Show the class more pictures and learn more words of feelings and the new word laugh. Teach says: Look at the pictures. How does he/she feel? Explain: feel high = feel happy feel down = feel sad Step 8 Reading and chanting 1. Read the poem with the class. Make sure the students understand the poem. Explain it if necessary. 2. Play the recording of the poem for the class to chant together following it. Step 9 Exercises 1. Get the class to complete the mind map with feeling words in Let’s Do It! No. 3.
Answers: sad, sick, tired, scared, angry 2. Get the class to listen to the conversations and number the pictures in Let’s Do It! No. 2.

How do/does sb. feel? 某人感觉如何? 用来询问某人的感受,通常用表示情感的形容词作答,常用句式为“I feel/am+形容词”。 —How do you feel today? 今天你感觉如何? —I feel/am happy. 我很开心。 —How does Danny feel? 丹尼感觉如何? —He is/feels sad. 他很沮丧。 2. What’s wrong? 怎么了? What’s wrong(with...)? (……)怎么了/出了什么故障? 通常用于以下情况: ①询问病人的身体状况 —What’s wrong with you, Tom? 汤姆,你怎么了? —I don’t feel well. 我觉得不舒服。 ②询问对方有什么事或有什么情况 —Can you help me? 你能帮助我吗? —Sure. What’s wrong? 当然,怎么了? ③询问某物出了什么毛病 —What’s wrong with your bike?你的自行车出了什么故障? —It doesn’t work.它坏了。 3. Are you hurt?你受伤了吗? hurt ① adj. 痛的;受伤的 Sometimes players may get hurt. 有时,运动员也许会受伤。 ② vt. 伤害,使受伤 He hurts his arm. 他伤着了他的胳膊。 ③ vi. 疼痛 My legs hurt. 我腿疼。 ④ n. 伤害,痛苦 You can see the hurt in his eyes. 你能看到他眼中的伤痛。 4. One donut a day is enough. 一天一个面包圈足够了。 enough ① adj. 足够的。可作表语或定语,作定语修饰名词时多位于名词前,但time enough(足够的时间)虽然已经过时,仍常用。 The food is enough. There are only five people at the party. 这些食物够了,只有五个人来聚会。 They have enough food for them to eat. 他们有足够的食物吃。 ② adv. 足够地。修饰形容词或副词时应位于形容词或副词之后。 Danny is strong enough, so he can carry the bag easily enough. 丹尼足够强壮,所以他能足够容易地背动那个袋子。 ③ pron. 足够 The children got enough to eat. 孩子们有足够的吃的。 5. Sometimes we laugh. 有时我们笑。 laugh ① v. 笑,大笑。laugh at 嘲笑 All of us laugh. 我们都笑了。 Don’t laugh at me. 别嘲笑我。 ② n. 笑,笑声 Here comes a laugh. 传来了笑声。 Step 12 Homework 1.
