教学过程

1. Lead in:

(1) What’s the most important in your opinion? Students will answer”the health”, which can help students to focus on health.

(2) How can we protect ourselves from all kinds of healthy problems or injuries?

2. Finish the exercise in 3a and 3b. Through this process, students can know how to give advice to others. 
3. Pre-writing：Teachers should introduce the topic of this unit, and give students some examples of phrases and sentences. After that, teachers should help students to analyze this writing from 3 aspects.
4. While-writing: Give students 15 minutes to finish this writing.
5. Post-writing: Teacher should ask some of the students to share their writings and help them to find advantages and disadvantages. Then give them a model essay to imitate.
