3. 能试着描述之前的假期。

Activity One  Leading in

1. Learning objectives

T:First,let’s see today’s learning objectives.Let’s read together.

2. Check the preview

T: Did you preview well? Let’s read and check in pairs.

3. Let’s guess

T:When can we go these places?

S:holiday

T:Do you know some long holidays?

May Day holiday,National Day holiday,winter holiday,summer holiday.

T:So we know “Different holidays, but the same fun.”(板书课题Holiday fun)

【设计意图：通过check the preview大体了解学生地预习情况，对于难读的单词再反复领读和纠正，本节课的单词都是景点名，接着会问什么时候我们会去参观这些地方，通过让学生猜一些长假，自然引出holiday一词。不同的假期，相同的乐趣，引出课题。】

Activity Two  Presentation

1.       Listen and tick

T:Our friends LiuTao and Mike are talking about holiday too.Do you have any questions to ask them?

S:What?Where?How?...

T:Now let’s listen and tick.What was the holiday?

T:Where did they go for the holiday?Listen carefully.

【设计意图：关于Liu Tao 和Mike在讨论National holiday，以及他们去了上海和农场，我相信大部分同学通过预习已经知道答案，通过听的方式，一是同学们会仔细听，二是练习听力，为什么选择听的方式，我觉得本身就是不难的问题，看动画对于学生来说太简单了些，可以通过有目的的听使注意力更集中。】

2.       Read and underline

    T:We know they talked about National Day holiday,Liu Tao went to Shanghai.

T:Do you want to know what did Liu Tao do in Shanghai?

教授过去式visit-visited go-went see-saw

3.Read,underline and say

T：Liu Tao went to Shanghai and saw many interestings.How about Mike’s holiday?We know Mike went to a farm on National Day holiday.What did he do?

(go---went, pick---picked, catch---caught)

4.Think and say

T:Mike also does many funny things.Any other fun?（文中还有什么好玩的事吗？）

T:Read the story carefully again.Try to complete the sentence.

T:How was Mike and Liu Tao’s holiday?

It was...(fun,interesting,cool,happy...)

【设计意图：这三个小组活动，第一个读一读划一划操练句型What did...do？B:I+(动词过去式）...第二个读划说A:Where did...go? B:I went... A:What did...do?  B:I+(动词过去，第三个活动精读，想一想并把句子补充完整，由简到难，操练了句子，也锻炼了孩子自主学习的能力。】

Activity Three  Consolidation

T:Let’s come to reading time.Six in a group,

choose one way to read.

T:Payattention to the prounciation and intonation.

2. Think and write

T:Let’s recall.What did LiuTao and Mike do for the National Day holiday?

Here’s a big challenge for you.

Let’s think and write.

3.Talk and say

T：Now boys and girls,

It’s your time to talk about your past holiday.

Try to use these sentence to make a dialogue.

4.Let’s summary

【设计意图：讨论并说一说你过去的假期，是对这节课操练的主要句型反馈，锻炼孩子的敢说会说的口头表达能力，summary部分是对这节课的回顾，有助于加深印象，同时巩固所学的本节课的所学重点。】
