    1. Teaching objectives

    1.通过本节课的学习,学生能够在语境中听懂、会说、会读单词:Great Wall,

    Palace Museum, Summer Palace, Tian'anmen Square.

    2.通过本节课的学习,学生能够掌握本课时中出现的动词过去式形式。

    3. 通过本节课的学习,学生能熟练掌握句型:“What did you do?/Where did you go? /Why did …? Did you …? 及其回答,与同伴谈论曾经读过的假期旅行

    4.学生能谈一谈并写一写假期里做的事情。

    1. The main and difficult points

    ·通过本节课的学习,学生能够在语境中听懂、会说、会读单词:Great Wall, Palace Museum, Summer Palace, Tian'anmen Square.

    通过本节课的学习,学生能熟练掌握句型:“What did you do?\Where did you go? \Why did …? Did you …? 及其回答,与同伴谈论曾经读过的假期旅行

    设计意图:

    教学目标一的设置指向学生综合素质的语言技能。小学生在小老师的带读下,加深对词汇的记忆,属于一级目标,即能够根据录音模仿说话;小老师直接带读,属于二级目标,即能认读所学词语。

    学生在课堂上反复读问答句,通过语境来感知、体会一般过去时的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的运用,以及动词过去式的用法和形式,以此达成教学目标二。教学目标二指向综合语言运用能力的语言知识,二级目标。即学生能在具体语境中理解一般过去时的意义和用法。

    学生通过范例,运用目标句型,对已有话题进行简单谈论。则指向综合语言运用能力的语言技能:三级目标。即学生能就熟悉话题进行简单的交流。

    1. T: Good morning, boys and girls.

    T: Boys and girls, we have a long holiday in October. What holiday is

    it?

    Ss: It's the National Day holiday.

    T: Yes! How was your last National Day holiday?

    Ss: It was...

    T:Where did you go?(问两到三个学生)

    Ss: I...

    T: Today let's go on learning Unit 3 Holiday fun. (贴板书 Holiday Fun)

    T: Before the class, let’s read our learning goals.

    Activity Two Presentation

    1.Guessing time

    T: I visited some famous places last National Day holiday. Where did I go? Do you want to know?

    S: Yes.

    T: OK. I went to six places and here are some descriptions. Little teachers read, little students guess. Please use the sentence “Did you go to (the)…?” to answer. If you got the answer, hands up. OK? Go!

    设计意图:这一活动指向教学目标一,学生能听懂、会说单词。通过猜谜的方式,导入新授单词,增加课堂趣味性。

    2.Reading time

    T: You did very good job. Now, boys and girls. Can you read the six words?

     Ss: Yes.

    设计意图:这一活动指向教学目标一:学生会读目

    标词汇。这一环节将继续夯实学生的词汇发音。

            3.Talking time

    T: Last National Day holiday, I went to Beijing. It was

     pretty good. Our friends Liu Tao and Mike went

    traveling too. Do you remember what they talked about?

    Ss: yes.

    T: Let's look at the pictures. Ask and answer in pairs.

    T: OK. Who can have a try

    设计意图:根据图片和上一课时内容,让小老

    师和小学生进行快速问答。这既是对上一课时的回顾,也为本课内容作铺垫。

    4.Grammar time

    T: Look at the questions. Can you read and answer?

    Ss: ...

    T: Now, look at the questions. Which one is different from the others?

    Ss: Did Liu Tao go fishing?

    T: Yes, what's the difference?

    T: These four questions have question words. They are "Wh-questions".

    T: Look at this question. We answer yes or no. So it's a Yes-no question.

    TCan you find the form of Wh- questions”?

    Ss:特殊疑问词+ 助动词/ be动词的过去式+主语+其它?

    TGood job! What about “ Yes-no questions

    Ss: 助动词/ be动词的过去式+主语+其它?

    T: Good boyAnd we talk about the things in the past, so we should use past tense. But in these questions, the verbs are not in the past form. Why?

    Ss: Because we use did in the questions.

    T: Right. Here is a tip for you. Let's read it.

    T: Now, boys and girls. Look at Grammar time. Let's try to read in pairs.

    One reads the questions and the other one reads the answer.

    Read together. Boys read the questions. Girls read the

     answer.

    设计意图:学生通过反复朗读问、答句,感知体会般过时的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的构成和用法,尝试自主归纳语法规则。

    T: Look at the verbs. They are irregular verbs. We should pay attention to their past forms. Do you know the past forms of these verbs?

    (PPT呈现Catch, do, eat,  get等词以及过去式)

    Let's read them together.

    Nowyou can have a PK with your partner. Please

    say out the past form of the verbs in 20 seconds. If you finishedyou can sit down.

    b. T: Look at the pictures and say one by one in pairs. You can't stop talking in 20 seconds.

    容,既检测了学生是否掌握动词过去式,也帮助

    学生回顾了相关词组。

    T: Good. Boys and girls, Mike and Liu Tao talked about their funny holiday. Look, Row and Amy are talking about their holiday too. Let's join them. OK?

    T: Look, here's a chant. First, please listen to me.

    I went to the zoo with Uncle Joe.

    Did you see an animal show?

    Yes, I did. How about you?

    T: Can you chant now?

    T: Now, Row is asking Amy some questions. Let's work in pairs. Look at the pictures, imagine what they are talking about and then act. Here are some useful phrases.

    设计意图:通过写的方式,再次操练目标句型,并以

    4人为单位制作旅游影集,使本课更有意义。

    Homework:

    1. Talk to your friends about your travel experiences and try to write.

    2. Surf the Internet and know more about the famous places of interests

    all over the world.
