3. 能针对体育锻炼提出自己有益的建议。
4. 能正确地运用情态动词,结合有关健康和体育锻炼的短语动词,写一篇有关如何保

Key points:

minutes, stay healthy等。
Difficult points:
1. 对You do any difficult activities like running.中any的理解。
2. 对Exercising when you are hurt is bad for your health.句子的理解。
