While-task procedure
| Show them some pictures and ask them to complete the sentences. I’d like a …with… 1. Think and say Tell students that Mr Li has come back home, then ask them to discuss in group of 4 and predict what Mrs Li, Ben and Kitty will say to him.
2. Look and learn (1) Show two pictures to the students and teach them new word and phrase. suburb, an estate agency (2) Ask students to read the word and phrase for several times
3. Look and read (1) Let students listen to the recording of the dialogue on p36 and ask them to repeat it sentence by sentence. (2) Divide the students into groups of 4 and ask them to practice the dialogue by themselves. Then ask them to act out it creatively. |
