Step1. 导入 Warming up
Write the numbers1-7n the bard. Write the wrds Mnday t Sunday under the numbers. Have them predict the meaning f the wrds, Mnday, Tuesday and s n. Pint t the wrds and say them. Have the students repeat them. Nw tell the students that yu are ging t say a day and they have t use an rdinal number 17 and say which day is it.
Step2. 探究新知Nw pint ,ask and answer
Have the students suggest activities that they d and write a list n the bard play ftball, ride a bike, g swimming, read a bk, watch TV, g t the cinema, g t schl, walk in the park, play with a friend, d hmewrk. Then draw the fllwing calendar n the bard:
Mnday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Have the students cpy the calendar in their exercise bk .They shuld write activities n the calendar. Then have the students wrk in pairs and tell ne anther what they will d n the seven day f the week.
Step3.巩固新知Listen and say ,then sing and clap
Befre singing the sng
Have the students lk the picture and say what type f sng this is.
Have the children say the names f any clapping sngs r games they knw.
Then act. While singing the sng
Play the tape and let the student listen t the meldy. Then play the spken versin f the sng and have the students repeat the line.
Divide the students int seven grups. Asking each grup a day f the week respectively.
Have the students in each grup write their day n a piece f paper.
Explin that they must hld up 18 their day f the week as they sing that wrd in the sng, nw have the class sing the sng
