当表示主语处于某种状态,即“感到/觉得……”时,表语要使用过去分词; 而要表示主语具有“令人/使别人感到……”的特征/性质时,表语使用过去分词。
1.过去分词与现在分词作表语的区别
英语中有很多与感觉相关的及物动词，其动词-ing形式意为“令人……的”，多用来形容物；其动词-ed形式意为“感到……的”，多用来形容人、人的声音或表情等。

2. 过去分词作表语与被动语态的差异

被动语态表示动作,强调被动关系, 绝大多数被动结构中的行为执行者可以由by引出。作表语用的过去分词表示主语的特点或所处的状态,这种结构中的过去分词前可加quite、very、rather等修饰词。
过去分词(短语)作状语

过去分词作状语时,其表示的动作与句子的主语之间为逻辑上的被动关系。过去分词在句中可以作时间状语 、原因状语、条件状语、让步状语、伴随状语或方式状语。
动词-ing形式作状语
1. 现在分词一般式表示与谓语动词同时发生的动作，完成式表示发生在谓语动词 之前的动作。

2.动词-ing形式作状语时，可以作时间、原因、条件、结果、让步、方式和伴随 状语，相当于与之对应的状语从句。作结果状语和伴随状语时，可转化为并列 句。
动词-ing作状语 VS 动词-ed作状语

v.-ed和v.-ing形式作表语时： v.-ed与其逻辑主语之间是被动关系。 v.-ing与其逻辑主语之间是主动关系。
v.-ed和v.-ing形式作状语时： 如果句子的主语和分词是被动关系，时间已经完成用v.-ed形式。 如果句子的主语和分词是主动关系，时间正在发生用v.-ing形式。
