本课选取的是人教版新目标《九年级全一册》Unit 14 I remember meeting all f yu in Grade 7.Sectin B 2a--2e Reading. 学生通过阅读学习一篇初中毕业典礼的演讲稿，回顾过去三年的学习经历及畅想未来，同时学生学会简单描述自己的校园生活，培养自己的感恩意识，计划将来，树立远大的理想，展望美好的未来。教师采用引导学生自主阅读，完成学习任务的形式来实施教学。同时引导学生掌握一定的阅读技巧，最终完成教学目标。
