Teaching purpse①
用“Nice t meet yu!”打招呼,巩固上一个单元的学习内容;通过歌谣,让学生回忆he和she的区别,在活跃课堂气氛的同时,为这节课的学习内容做铺垫。
▶教学过程教材分析
本单元学习的主题是家庭成员,通过节假日大家在公园娱乐的场景呈现了本单元的核心句型和词汇。教学重点是学生能听、说、认读表示家庭成员的单词,能听懂、会说核心句型“—Wh’s that man/wman? —He / She is my…”,并能在实际情景中灵活运用。

首先问学生身边的同学“Wh is he/she?”,让学生进一步回忆he和she的区别,并让他们初步感知如何回答“他/她是谁?”。接着利用课本上的人物,继续让学生了解“—Wh’s he/she? —She’s/He’s…”。最后,自然地引出“—Wh’s that man/wman?—He’s/She’s…”。
1. Pint and answer.②
(1) The teacher pints t sme students and asks the class sme questins.

(2) The teacher gives the headwears f Amy, Sarah, Chen Jie, Jhn, Mike and Wu Binbin t students first, then makes dialgues with students.
T: Wh is this girl? (The teacher pints t the student wh wears a headwear.)
Ss: She / He is…
T: Wh is this man? (The teacher pints t the student wh wears the headwear f Mr Jnes.)
Ss: He is Mr Jnes.
T: Yes, the man is Mr Jnes.

(3) The teacher shws the pictures and the sentences n the PPT. (课件出示: 人物图片及相应的句子)

2. Lk and say.③
The teacher shws the pictures f the teacher’s father, mther and friend. (课件出示:教师的爸爸、妈妈和朋友的照片)
The teacher pints t the man in the picture and asks.
T: Wh is that man? Can yu guess?
Ss: He is yur father.
T: Yes, he’s my father.
The teacher writes dwn the sentence “He’s my father.” n the blackbard, then teaches students t read it.
T: I can als call him “dad”.
The teacher writes dwn “dad” under “father” n the blackbard.
The teacher pints t the wman in the picture and asks.
T: Wh is that wman? Can yu guess?
Ss: She is yur mther.
T: Yes, she’s my mther.
The teacher writes dwn the sentence “She’s my mther.” n the blackbard, then teaches students t read it.
T: I can als call her “mum”.
The teacher writes dwn “mum” under “mther” n the blackbard.
The teacher pints t the girl in the picture and asks.
T: Wh is this girl? Can yu guess?
Ss: She is yur friend.
T: Yes, this is my friend.
The teacher writes dwn the sentence “This is my friend.” n the blackbard, then teaches students t read it.

通过学习课文,不断地编对话,操练对话,让学生熟练掌握本课的重难点。
1. Let’s talk.④
(1) Watch the vide fr the first time and answer the questin. (课件出示:教材P14 Let’s talk的视频)
T: It’s Sunday. Amy ges t Chen Jie’s hme. Wh is at hme? Can yu guess? Let’s watch the vide.
T: Wh is at hme?
Ss: Chen Jie’s father.
T: Great! Chen Jie’s father is at hme.
(2) Watch the vide fr the secnd time and read the dialgue.
T: Nw let’s watch the vide again and read after it.
Shw time.
The teacher gives them the headwears. Students practice the dialgues in grups f three. The teacher praises the grup which perfrms best.
2. Pint and say.
(1) Watch the vide.
The teacher shws the peple that will be shwed in the vide first. (课件出示:Amy的爸爸,Wu Binbin的妈妈、祖父和祖母的照片)
T: In this vide, we can see “father, mther, grandfather, grandmther”.
The teacher shws the cards f “father, mther, grandfather, grandmther” ne by ne while speaking.

先做示范,让学生拿出照片创编对话,介绍自己的家人,贴近学生的实际生活的同时,进一步巩固学生对句型的理解。

Students take ut their wn phts. The teacher makes a dialgue with a student as an example.
T: Wh’s that wman?
S1: She’s my mther.
T: Wh’s that man?
S1: He’s my father.
(If the student can’t describe the persn, the teacher can help him/her say the wrd.)
(3) Students make dialgues with their deskmates.
S1: Wh’s this by/girl/man/wman…?

Play a game: Big Wheel.
