We rented a truck and asked its driver t drive us arund the place where we knew the fficers wuld be and we pured them each a cup f ht chclate.The truck driver was a bit hesitant (犹豫的) abut ur plan at first but after a while he was helping us spt fficers and ur lively spirits had spread t him as well. Smiles and appreciative wrds frm the fficers impressed us a lt. Sn they were talking abut us ver their radi and we were the nes being sptted and called ver. Finally, the ht chclate seemed secndary (次要的) t their interest in meeting us, the tw bys that went arund with ht chclate expecting t share sme latenight laughter. It was amazing t see hw a small simple act can lift everyne's spirits.
