I'm nt burying my head in the sand. I cntinue t fllw peple whse pinins n different tpics differ frm my wn, but their wrds are interesting and pen-minded.
Then I limited my interactin n scial media. Unless I had smething t say, I n lnger interacted. A study fund that inactive use f scial media has a bad effect n ur md, while active use—sharing thughts and cmmenting n thers' psts—imprved md.
The result? I can say withut dubt that I n lnger wrry abut getting int a time-wasting vacuum. That's because my feed is nwhere near as bttmless as it nce was.
