Call fr help
Call t get an ambulance as quickly as pssible. This shuld be the first thing yu d, especially if the sunstrke persn has fainted. Als, call fr help frm anyne nearby if yu’re in a public place. If there’s n ne arund, call smene nearby if they can get there sner than an ambulance. Ask everyne t bring yu as much water as pssible, if there isn’t much nearby.
Get the persn t a cler area
If there’s a building nearby, aim fr that. Anywhere with plenty f air cnditiners and water is perfect. If a building isn’t available, bring the persn t a well-shaded area.
Get the water flwing
If the persn is still cnscius, get him r her t drink water. If there’s a bathtub available, fill it with cl water and put the persn in it.
If yur water supply is limited, yu have t save it. Dampen a twel r shirt and put it n the persn’s bdy. Fcus n the face, neck, and chest.
Fan the persn
Getting mving air ver the persn cls him r her dwn. Use anything, a twel r sheet, a shirt, yur hands, r a piece f bard. This is where having many peple arund really helps, as they can cmbine t fan the entire bdy.
