Students shuld learn hw t make emergency calls nt nly in China, but als in freign cuntries in English, s that they can be prepared fr future situatins utside the hme.The emergency telephne number is a vital htline, which shuld be the mst clear, rapid and effective cmmunicatin with the acute peratr.This sectin helps students t understand the emergency calls in sme cuntries and the precautins fr making emergency calls. Thrugh the study f this sectin, students can accumulate cmmn expressins and sentence patterns in this cntext.
    1.Help students accumulate emergency telephne numbers in different cuntries and learn mre abut first aid
    2.Guide the students t understand the cntents and instructins f the telephne, grasp the characteristics f the emergency telephne and the requirements f the emergency telephne.
    3.Guide students t understand the first aid instructins f the peratrs.
    4.Enable Ss t make simulated emergency calls with their partners in the language they have learned
    1.Instruct students t grasp the key infrmatin and imprtant details f the dialgue.
    2.Instruct students t cnduct a similar talk n the relevant tpic.
    Step1:Lk and discuss:
    Match the pictures belw t the medical emergencies, and then discuss the questins in grups.
