On the ther hand, a child wh lives in a bring envirnment will develp his intelligence less than ne wh lives in rich and varied surrundings. Thus the limits f a persn's intelligence are fixed at birth, but whether r nt he reaches thse limits will depend n his envirnment. This view, nw held by mst experts, can be supprted in a number f ways.
It is easy t shw that intelligence is t sme extent smething we are brn with. The clser the bld relatinship between tw peple, the clser they are likely t be in intelligence. Thus if we take tw unrelated peple at randm(随机地) frm the ppulatin, it is likely that their degrees f intelligence will be cmpletely different.
