      Beavers have large teeth. Their upper incisrs(门牙)are abut 20 t 25 mm lng, accrding t Live Science. They cntinue t grw thrughut a beaver’s lifetime. T keep their teeth sharp, beavers have t bite and break tree branches, which they als use t build their huses.
      Their huses lk like dmes(圆顶状物). They usually build their huses in the middle f rivers, with just ne underwater entrance. They als use branches, trees and mud t make dams(大坝). The wrld’s largest beaver dam is 850 meters lng and lcated at the edge f a lake in nrthern Alberta. Scientists used a satellite(卫星)t take a picture f it in 2007. They believe several generatins(几代)f beavers have been wrking n this dam since the 1970s.
      Beavers’ dams can help t frm wetlands, which can create a nice envirnment fr ther animals.
