      I am Li Ming f Senir Three, Guangming Middle Schl. I am writing t tell yu abut sme symptms f anxiety amng us students befre exams. Mst f us feel nervus whenever we’re taking an imprtant exam. Sme will feel dizzy r tired, sme will suffer frm lack f sleep, and sme will lse their appetite. In fact, all these symptms have terrible effects n ur exams and we are all eager t get rid f them.
      First f all, in my pinin, it’s imprtant fr us t have a fight attitude twards exams. They are nly a means f checking hw we are getting alng with ur studies, s there is n need t wrry t much abut the results. Study hard every day and make careful plans fr every exam. In this way we can avid suffering frm the pressure f exams.
      Besides, enugh sleep can make us energetic and enable us t perfrm well in an exam. Therefre, during the perid f exams, we shuld nt stay up t late. We can als try a warm bath r a cup f warm milk befre ging t bed. They might help us t have a sund sleep.
      (We’d better g ut fr a walk r d sme utdr exercises befre and during an exam s that we can keep urselves relaxed and then cncentrate urselves n exams.)
