      Rest and wrk always g tgether. There must be a balance: wrk during the day and rest at night. When the sun cmes up, ne has plenty f strength t wrk well and enjy it. In ther wrds, rest is a kind f investment, s that ne has the strength and energy t cntinue wrking. S we need rest t wrk, recgnizing that we can’t have ne withut the ther. Rest is what recharges ur batteries. We need enugh time t charge up adequately t the tasks we undertake. Thus, we need t rest crrectly; therwise, illness will ccur and als can affect the efficiency f ur wrk.
      Rest can’t be skimped. Withut enugh rest, gd wrk is impssible. This is why we say that rest is anther kind f wrk.
