Step 1 Lead-in(1a)
The teacher asks students t watch a shrt vide clip abut the life in the future and asks students t describe the future life in their eyes.

The ther student acts as a “persn frm 100 years later” and answers with “Yes,we will…” r “N,but we…” while adding details. After cmpleting ne rund,the tw students switch rles and cntinue asking questins.
2.Prepare ut-f-rder cards in advance,with each card cntaining a shrt sentence describing a future life scenari r a simple drawing. Ask students t wrk in grups t srt the cards and frm a cmplete stry,and then present it t the whle class.

3.The teacher lists cnsnant sunds n the blackbard (/n/,//,/k/,/g/,/t/,/d/,/f/,/r/),and asks students t use letter cards t spell wrds crrespnding t these sunds (e.g.// →sng,hang).Each grup sends a representative t explain the “cde” (prnunciatin rules),and the class vtes fr the “Best Cde-Cracking Grup”.

1.Ask students t listen t the recrding and repeat after the recrding. Students match the emtins with the sentences.
2.Ask students t imitate the feelings and chse tw r three pairs t share in class.
3.Prepare cards with different emtin wrds in advance (e.g. happy,sad,surprised,angry,nervus) and a same base sentence. Students randmly draw an emtin card and read the sentence with the crrespnding emtin. Other classmates guess the emtin expressed and analyze the use f stress,rising r falling tnes in the sentence.
