      The Three Grges DamThe Three Grges Dam is a huge prject. It shws hw peple change nature. It's built acrss the Yangtze River in central China. Peple started planning it in the 20th century. The main building wrk began in 1994.The Three Grges Dam is really amazing in engineering. It's abut 2,335 metres lng and 185 metres high. When the reservir (水库) is full, it can hld a lt f water. It really lwers the chance f big flds dwnstream (下游). Befre, flds in the Yangtze River destryed many huses and hurt peple.
