A new study, a prject f the researchers frm the University f Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, finds that a fitness tracker (健康追踪器) prbably des nt help with weight lss.

The study invlved 470 subjects aged between 18 and 35. Sme f them were verweight, while thers were cnsidered bese (肥胖的). Over three furths f the subjects were wmen.
