Hmelessness is a big prblem all ver the wrld and is especially serius in Ls Angeles， where I live.2 In Ls Angeles， ver 70，000 peple have n chice but t live n the streets. In rder t help these peple， I have vlunteered fr different rganizatins where I make and hand ut fd t them.
One f these vlunteer prgrams is called Share A Meal. On Thursday nights， vlunteers f Share A Meal meet at a fd truck， where we take turns t make burrits (肉馅玉米粉圆饼). Burrits are high in calries and prtein (蛋白质)， making them perfect fr hmeless peple. We als bring water and bananas.
After making the burrits， we drive arund t neighburhds， handing ut burrits and ther fd t hmeless peple. Cmmunicating with them has been a very valuable experience. Their life stries smetimes make me sad， but their warmth and hpe fr the future are great t see.3 This experience has made me want t d my best t be a helpful persn in my cmmunity.
