      When a gd baguette is just made, it is crispy n the utside and as sft as a clud n the inside. Once it has cled dwn the bread sn becmes hard. Befre the Crumbier, this ld bread wuld be thrwn away. Tday, if that bread is placed int the Crumbier, it is very quickly turned int very fine breadcrumbs (面包屑). These can be mixed with fresh flur (面粉), salt and water and baked again like nrmal bread.
      Bread made with Crumbier breadcrumbs has a darker clur, but just a little bit. The taste is als a little different and has been described as having the flavur f tast. Once the breadcrumbs have been prduced, they can last up t six mnths if they have been packed prperly. Because less water is used in Crumbier bread, it will last a little lnger.
