      学生能够听懂关于俱乐部活动的简单对话,获取关键信息,如俱乐部名称、活动内容、个人能力等。
      学生能够用英语准确表达自己及他人的能力,如 “I can...” “She/He can...”,并运用 “Can ” “What club d yu want t jin?” 等句型进行询问和交流。
      学生能够正确朗读对话,注意语音、语调、连读和不完全爆破等发音现象,做到语音清晰、语调自然。
      学生能够模仿课文对话,围绕俱乐部话题进行角色扮演和口语表达,做到语句通顺、表达流畅。
      学生能够识别并运用与俱乐部相关的词汇和短语,如 “music club” “sprts club” “art club” “jin” “play the guitar/drums/vilin” 等,丰富语言表达。

      二、教学重难点
      教学重点
      掌握与俱乐部相关的词汇和短语,如 “music club” “sprts club” “art club” “jin” “play the guitar/drums/vilin” 等。
      熟练运用情态动词 “can” 表达能力,掌握 “Can ” “What club d yu want t jin?” 等重点句型,并能在实际情境中灵活运用。
      能够听懂关于俱乐部活动的简单对话,理解对话大意,获取关键信息。
      能够围绕俱乐部话题进行口语交流,表达自己的兴趣爱好和加入俱乐部的意愿。
      教学难点
      正确运用情态动词 “can” 的肯定句、否定句和疑问句形式,注意其在不同语境中的语义和用法。
      理解并模仿对话中的语音、语调、连读和不完全爆破等发音现象,使口语表达更加自然流畅。
      在小组讨论和角色扮演中,能够克服害羞和紧张情绪,积极主动地用英语进行交流,提高口语表达的自信心和流利度。

      三、教学方法
      情境教学法:创设与俱乐部活动相关的真实情境,如学校俱乐部招新现场、俱乐部活动场景等,让学生在情境中感受和运用英语,提高语言交际能力。
      任务驱动法:设计多样化的任务,如听力任务、阅读任务、口语任务、写作任务等,让学生在完成任务的过程中主动学习和探索,培养自主学习能力和合作学习能力。
      小组合作学习法:组织学生进行小组讨论、角色扮演、小组竞赛等活动,促进学生之间的交流与合作,培养团队协作精神和创新思维能力。
      多媒体辅助教学法:运用图片、音频、视频等多媒体资源,丰富教学内容和教学形式,激发学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性。
      四、教学过程
      Step 1: Warming-up
      Greet the students as usual and have a free talk with them abut their after-schl activities. Fr example:
      T: What d yu usually d after schl?
      Ss: I ften play basketball/watch TV/d my hmewrk...
      Shw sme pictures f different club activities n the screen, such as music club, sprts club, art club, reading club, etc. And ask the students:
      T: D yu knw what these clubs are? Have yu ever jined any clubs? What club d yu want t jin?
      Ss may answer: Music club/Sprts club... I want t jin the music club because I like singing.
      Lead in the tpic f this lessn “Unit 5 Fun Clubs——Sectin A——2a-2e” and write it n the blackbard.
      Step 2: Pre-listening
      Lk at the picture in 2a with the students and ask them t describe what they see. Fr example:
      T: What can yu see in the picture?
      Ss: I can see three students. They are talking. There are sme musical instruments, such as a guitar, a vilin and a drum.
      Teach the new wrds and phrases related t musical instruments and club activities, such as “musical instrument”, “play the guitar/drums/vilin”, “music club” etc. Use pictures, real bjects r bdy language t help the students understand and remember. Fr example:
      Shw a picture f a guitar and say: “This is a guitar. We play the guitar. Can yu play the guitar?” Then let the students repeat after yu several times.
      D the same way t teach ther wrds and phrases.
      Let the students guess what the three students in the picture are talking abut. Encurage them t use their imaginatin and express their ideas in English. Fr example:
      T: What are they talking abut?
      Ss: They may be talking abut jining the music club. They are discussing what musical instruments they can play.
      Step 3: While-listening
      Present 2a and explain the task: Listen t the cnversatin and fill in the blanks.
      Play the recrding fr the first time. Let the students just listen and get a general idea f the cnversatin.
      Play the recrding again. This time, ask the students t listen carefully and fill in the blanks.
      Check the answers with the whle class. Ask sme students t read ut their answers. Then play the recrding fr the third time, and let the students listen and check their answers. The answers are:
      (1) I have n idea.
      (2) What abut yu?
      (3) I'd lve t.
      (4) That's great.
      Explain sme difficult pints in the cnversatin, such as “Here's sme gd news!”, “I can't play any musical instruments.”, “But yu can sing well.”, “Exactly!”, “I can play the drums.” Help the students understand the meaning and usage f these sentences.
      Step 4: Pst-listening
      Wrk n 2b. Shw 2b n the screen and ask the students t read the cnversatin silently again. Then explain the task: Cmplete the table with infrmatin frm the cnversatin.
      Guide the students t find the relevant infrmatin in the cnversatin and fill in the table. Fr example:
      T: Wh can play the guitar?
      Ss: Peter can play the guitar.
      Then write “Peter” in the “Name” clumn and “play the guitar” in the “Ability” clumn.
      D the same way t cmplete the ther parts f the table.
      Discuss the cmpleted table with the whle class. Check the answers and crrect the errrs if there are any. The cmpleted table is as fllws:
      Let the students practice reading the cnversatin in pairs. Pay attentin t the prnunciatin, intnatin and the expressins f the sentences.
      Step 5: Prnunciatin
      Explain the cncept f incmplete plsin t the students. Use sme simple examples t help them understand, such as “gdbye” /gʊdˈbaɪ/, “blackbard” /ˈblækbɔːd/. The /d/ in “gdbye” and the /k/ in “blackbard” are nt fully prnunced, but just stp fr a very shrt time.
      Play the recrding fr 2c. Let the students listen carefully and pay attentin t the wrds with incmplete plsin in the cnversatin.
      Mdel the cnversatin with incmplete plsin fr the students. Read the cnversatin slwly at first, emphasizing the wrds with incmplete plsin. Then read it at a nrmal speed. Let the students repeat after yu several times.
      Pair the students up and let them rle-play the cnversatin. Encurage them t use incmplete plsin crrectly. Walk arund the classrm and mnitr the students' perfrmance. Give them sme guidance and feedback.
      Ask several pairs f students t cme t the frnt f the class and act ut the cnversatin. Let the ther students listen and watch carefully. After they finish, give them sme praise and suggestins.
      Step 6: Speaking
      Wrk n 2d. Hand ut the wrksheet fr 2d t each student. Explain the task: Circle “can” r “can't” with yur wn infrmatin. Then tick the club(s) yu want t jin.
      Let the students cmplete the wrksheet individually. Walk arund the classrm and help the students if they have any questins.
      After the students finish, ask a few students t share their chices and reasns with the class. Fr example:
      S1: I can play basketball, s I want t jin the sprts club.
      S2: I can't draw well, but I like reading, s I want t jin the reading club.
      Encurage the ther students t ask questins r make cmments.
      Wrk n 2e. Explain the task fr 2e: Discuss what clubs yu want t jin with yur grup members. Divide the students int grups f fur r five. Let them discuss in grups. Encurage the students t use the language learned in class, such as “What club d yu want t jin?”, “I want t jin... because I can...”, “Can ”, “Yes, I can./N, I can't.” etc.
      Walk arund the classrm and mnitr the grups' discussins. Offer help and guidance when necessary. Encurage the students t express their pinins actively and listen t thers carefully.
      Invite a few grups t share their discussins with the whle class. Let each grup chse a representative t reprt their grup's discussin results. After each grup reprts, have a brief discussin with the whle class.
      Step 7: Summary
      Summarize the main pints f this lessn with the students. Review the new wrds and phrases related t club activities and musical instruments, such as “music club”, “sprts club”, “play the guitar/drums/vilin” etc.
      Review the key sentences fr expressing ability and jining clubs, such as “I can...”, “Can ”, “What club d yu want t jin?”, “I want t jin...”
      Emphasize the prnunciatin f incmplete plsin and ask the students t pay attentin t it in their daily English learning and speaking.
      Encurage the students t use the English they have learned in this lessn t talk abut clubs and their abilities in their daily life.
      Step 8: Hmewrk
      Ask the students t write a shrt passage abut the club they want t jin and the reasns. They shuld use at least five sentences. Fr example:
      I want t jin the music club. I like music very much. I can sing and dance. I think it's interesting t be in the music club. I can make many friends there.
      Let the students listen t the cnversatin in 2a - 2c again and try t recite it.
      Encurage the students t search fr mre infrmatin abut different clubs n the Internet r in bks and share it with their classmates next class.

      六、教学反思
      在本节课的教学过程中,通过多种教学方法和活动设计,学生对俱乐部相关的词汇、句型以及如何表达能力和加入俱乐部的意愿有了较好的掌握。大部分学生能够积极参与课堂活动,在听力、口语和小组讨论等环节中表现出较高的积极性和参与度。然而,在教学过程中也发现了一些不足之处。例如,在小组讨论环节,部分学生由于口语表达能力有限,不能很好地用英语表达自己的想法,导致讨论不够深入。在今后的教学中,应加强对学生口语表达能力的训练,提供更多的语言输入和输出机会,鼓励学生大胆开口说英语。同时,在教学内容的设计上,可以更加多样化,增加一些趣味性的活动,以提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效果。另外,对于一些学习困难的学生,需要给予更多的关注和辅导,帮助他们克服学习困难,跟上教学进度。
