1.运动习惯从整体上看，外国人的运动习惯要比中国人好很多。很多外国人都有早起晨跑、锻炼的习惯。经过有氧运动、无氧运动后，人体会产生大量的汗液，因此，需要洗澡来清洁身体，避免影响个人形象。而中国人比较偏爱晚饭后散步、慢跑，然后回家冲洗干净，上床睡觉。2.身体差异外国人的汗腺比较发达，且会分泌一种特殊的代谢产物。这些代谢产物经细菌分解后，会散发出浓烈氨臭味、硫臭味。晚上睡觉时，人体本身就容易出汗，再经过一夜的“发酵”，很多外国人早起时体味极为浓重。因此需要及时洗澡，消除异味。而中国人体味较轻，再加上睡前清洗过身体，晨起时并不会有浓烈的异味，也就没有必要洗澡。3.作息时间随着社会经济的不断发展与进步，大多数中国年轻人的作息时间也出现了一定程度的推移。从整体上看，外国人的作息时间还是要相对偏后一点。换句话说，外国人的夜生活会更丰富一些。很多外国人都喜欢下班后去酒吧小酌一杯，甚至有很多人会狂欢至深夜。这些人回到家已经很晚，而且身体已经很疲惫，也就没有洗澡的欲望了。
严格意义上讲，并不是所有的中国人都喜欢晚上洗澡，也不是所有的外国人都喜欢早上洗澡。早上洗澡和晚上洗澡各有各的好处，大家选择合适自己的洗澡时间、洗澡频率即可。Just remember, keep yurself clean!
