Prcedures:
Activity 1:
Let’s sing the sng “I have a new pencil.”
Encurage the children t sing the sng “I have a new pencil “again with actins f shwing their new schl things.
Activity 2:
Let’s stry. (Cver the “Stry time: lk, listen and act” sectin n Page 15.)
Tell a stry with the help f picture r entities (e. g. puppets, statinery, etc.) t the children.
The teacher can tell the stry twice, making use f vivid vices and facial expressins, gestures and actins, etc t attract the children.
Activity 3:
Retell the stry.
The children try t retell the stry with the help f the teacher and the pictures.
Activity 4:
What are they saying?
(D the “Speak fr them “activity in the Activity Bk One, Page 9, Exercise 6, and Unit 2. )
In this activity, the children need t speak fr the peple in the picture in accrdance with the meaning shwn by the picture.
