故选A。
imaginative adj.
D项中的Crwned意为“被宣布为最优秀者”,与“he’s a natinal champin and a wrld recrd hlder”呼应。
根据最后一段中的“And the first thing he wants t d is becme the wrld’s fastest 85-year-ld.”
A Granddad Is Crwned the Fastest 84-year-ld in the Wrld。
      【高频词汇】 1.take up开始做 2.unusual adj.
      3.retired adj. 6.get in the way f妨碍 7.every ther day每隔一天 8.cut dwn n减少
He’s had a string f severe heart attacks, but dctrs have tld him that as lng as it makes him feel gd, he shuld carry n running.
根据第一段后两句“She taught me hw t d...‘Yu need t put this kid in gymnastics.’” 故选A项。
根据第三段中的“I had t quit a nrmal kind f life fr tk a lt t be an Olympic athlete.”
根据第四段后三句“It tk me years t figure a team gld.”
When I started this jurney, I never knew what it actually tk t get t the Olympics.
it d sth.
根据下文“Exercise als releases endrphins, chemicals that trigger psitive feelings.”
根据上文“Take up running. Running releases endrphins and can make yu feel great after yu d it.”
根据下文“Immersing yurself in water will make yu feel strnger and will wash away any f yur stressful thughts. This is als a gd activity if yu have any jint r muscle pain.”
由上文“Jin in a team sprt, like bwling, vlleyball and sftball.”可知,本段推荐团队运动,D项“Yu’ll be able t make new friends and wrk ut at the same time.”
5.A 主旨句。根据下文“Yu’ll feel less stressed if yu spend mre time hiking in nature and being expsed t fresh air.” 故选A项。
      【高频词汇】 1.(be) in cntrl f管理……;控制……
      2.mtivated adj.
      4.expse v.
Nt nly is yga great fr yu physically, but it will help yu learn t regulate yur breath and yur mind’s wanderings.
nt (als)...
