2.通过学习故事、情景对话复习巩固运用句型“—Where is…? —It’s next t…”询问并回答地点方位。
3.在情景中运用句型“—Hw can we get there? —G straight./Turn left/right at the…”问路并描述去某地的路线。

巩固和拓展第一、二单元的主要知识点。
教学难点
能够在交际活动中灵活运用第1~2单元的重点语言知识。

一、Warm-up & Lead-in
1. Greetings.
2. Sharp eyes.
Play a shrt sund f cars and peple n the street. (课件出示:一段街道的声音) Let students listen and guess: Where is it? Lead students t say the answer: On the street.
Ask a questin: What can yu see n the street?
Shw a series f pictures abut different buildings and traffic signs n the street. Students try t speak them ut ne by ne.
二、Presentatin
1. Wu Binbin is ging t visit his grandparents.
(1)Shw the map n page 32. (课件出示:教材P32的地图)
Lead students t find ut the differences between Pictures A and Pictures B in the map. Encurage them t express their pinins. Then play the recrding f this part. (课件出示:教材P32的音频)
Ask students t find ut the key infrmatin and circle the right pictures.
Check the answers tgether. (课件出示:教材P32第一题答案)
(2) Lead students t fill in the blanks accrding t the right pictures they just circled n the map.
Ask ne student t stand up and read his/her answers.
Check the answers tgether. Ask students t crrect the mistakes.
(3) Shw the tw questins n page 32. (出示课件)
Simply explain that the first questin is the alternative questin. We can chse “by bus” r “n ft (walk)” t answer directly. Stress that “walk” and “n ft” are the same kind f transprtatin. The secnd questin is t ask the time. S ask students t pay attentin t the departure time.
Then play the recrding f this part again. (出示课件) Ask students t find ut the key infrmatin and write dwn the tw answers in the bk.
Students read the dialgue and check the answers with the teacher.
(4) Play the recrding f this part twice. (出示课件) Ask students t imitate and read after the recrding. Pay attentin t the tne and the intnatin f the characters.

二、Presentatin
A little by crying n the street.
(1)Shw the first picture n page 33. (课件出示:教材P33第一幅图)
Let students try t guess: Why is the little by crying? What will Wu Binbin and Rbin say t him? What will the by answer them?
Encurage them t speak ut their answers.
(2)Shw the secnd and third pictures n page 33. (课件出示:教材P33第二、三幅图) Ask students t predict the cntent f these tw pictures.
Lead students t read the sentences in the part f “These may help yu”. Divide students int several grups. Let them talk abut the pictures with each ther.
Ask ne r tw grups t stand up. Tell the class their stry abut the pictures. Make a mdel:
Wu Binbin and Rbin see a little by crying n the street. He wants t crss the rad. But the light is red. Wu Binbin and Rbin say, “Stp! Dn’t g at a red light.” The by tells them that he can’t find his mther and he is hungry. Wu Binbin and Rbin tell him where he can eat fd. Then they use the BDS t help the by find the plice statin.
(3) Play the recrding f this part. (课件出示:教材P33音频) Ask students t listen and feel abut the stry.
(4) Play the recrding f this part again. (出示课件) Ask students t find ut the key infrmatin, such as “red light” “plice statin” “g straight” “turn right at the secnd crssing” “g straight again” and “next t the supermarket”. Then students cmplete the sentences in the part f “These may help yu”.
(5) Ask students t read the three sentences in the part f “Nw listen and tick r crss”. Play the recrding f this part fr the third time. (出示课件) Ask students t find ut the key infrmatin, such as “can’t find my mum”, “g t the plice statin” and “turn right at the secnd crssing”. Then tick r crss.
