2. Review the stries in this unit
Shw sme pictures related t the stries learned in this unit and ask
students t recall the plts.
Encurage students t retell the stries briefly in pairs.

Present the prject task n the screen: “Create and perfrm a shrt play.”
Explain the requirements and steps f the prject t the students.

3. Analyze the example play
Shw the example play “The Fisherman and the Genie” n the screen.
Guide students t analyze the elements f the play, such as scenes,
characters, dialgues, and the use f past tense.
(三)Grup Wrk - Writing the Play (10 minutes)
1. Distribute wrksheets
Hand ut wrksheets with guiding questins t each grup.
The questins include: What happens in the scenes? Where d they take
place? Hw many characters are there in each scene? Wh will be the narratr and
wh will play each character? What will the characters say? Hw will they say it?
2. Start writing
Students wrk tgether in grups t write their shrt play based n the
chsen stry and the guiding questins.
Circulate arund the classrm t ffer help and guidance when needed.
(四)Grup Practice - Perfrming the Play (10 minutes)
1. Prepare fr the perfrmance
Each grup rehearses their play and decides n the narratr and actrs.
Encurage students t pay attentin t their expressins, gestures, and
vices.
2. Perfrm in class
Invite each grup t cme t the frnt and perfrm their play ne by ne.
The ther students watch attentively and take ntes.
(五)Evaluatin and Feedback (5 minutes)
1. Vte fr the best perfrmance
After all the grups have perfrmed, have the students vte fr the best
perfrmance.
They can cnsider factrs such as the plt, the acting, the use f language,
and the teamwrk.

Prvide psitive feedback and suggestins fr imprvement t each grup.
