    [What]本节课围绕主题语境设计了三个活动:第一部分是在阅读课文中画出表语从句并解释表语从句的意思及功能。第二部分是根据语境使用表语从句回答与课文相关的问题。第三部分为综合运用,首先在单元主题语境下先选出表语从句的引导词,然后在具体的语境下使用表语从句完成对话。
    [Why]在本单元的主题语境中学习表语从句,让英语句式表达更丰富多彩。
    [Hw]本课以例句示范、补全句子、写句子的形式,使学生识别表语从句的特征,练习表语从句的用法,并用表语从句把句子补充完整,在语法学习的过程中加深对主题意义的理解。
    学情分析
    学生在此前的学习中已经学习过表语,本课需要在学生已有的认知结构的生长出表语从句的知识,系统学习表语从句的连接词,涉及到as if/thugh,because以及表语从句中虚拟语气。

    1.能正确判断和运用表语从句的引导词。
    2.准确把握表语从句的语序、位置、时态、语气等。
    3.能掌握表语从句的不同句型结构。

    表语从句:在复合句中作表语成分的从句
    (1)that引导的表语从句
    that引导表语从句仅起连接作用,无意义,在句中不作任何成分,通常不能省略。这种从句往往对主句主语的内容起进一步解释的作用。

    事实是鱼离开水不能存活。

    ②连接副词wh(ever),whm(ever),,whse,what(ever),when(ever), where(ever), hw(ever), which(ever),why除在句中起连接作用外,在从句中还充当时间、地点、方式或原因状语,本身具有词义。

    他们的困难是他们到哪里能筹到足够的钱。

    (3)whether引导的表语从句
    The questin remains whether they will be able t help us.
    [关键点拨] if只能引导宾语从句,whether可引导宾语从句、表语从句、主语从句和同位语从句。

    (4)连词as if/thugh, because等引导的表语从句
    because引导表语从句通常只用于“This/That/It is/was because...”结构中。as if/thugh/like引导的表语从句常置于系动词lk, seem, sund, be, becme等后面,常用虚拟语气,也可用陈述语气。
    He lked just as if he had lked ten years befre.
    他看起来还与十年前一样。
    It lks as if it is ging t rain.
    天好像要下雨了。

    (5)表语从句中的虚拟语气
    在表语从句中,表示间接的命令、要求、请求、建议、决定等,主句中的主语通常是:advice, suggestin, prpsal, request, rder, idea等,从句谓语形式是“shuld+动词原形”(shuld可以省略,但不可换成wuld)。
    His request is that they shuld stay here fr the night.
    他请求他们应该在这儿逗留一晚。
    My suggestin is that we (shuld) leave the village right nw.
    我的建议是我们立刻离开这个村子。

    非真实条件句:他看起来好像知道了真相似的.
