    A
根据第二段最后一句I riginally(最初地)started walking…fr its wn sake. 故选A。
根据画线词后面的the peple in the shps may want t knw why I didn't cme可知,这里是说哪怕作者有一天没有散步。take up开始从事;leave ut遗漏,省去;jump lightly轻轻地跳;change quickly很快地变化。
Hwever, cycling des nt allw fr the same level f scial cntact as walking.
根据第二段第一句“Exercise can benefit yu highly as it reduces bth the pulse(脉搏)rate and the bld pressure, thus reducing stress n the heart as it brings bld rund the bdy.”
根据第三段中Len Almnd说的话“We need t be careful when we're ding extreme sprts”及“Extreme stress can make almst impssible demands n the bdy's ability t recver.”
根据最后一段中“But if, when yu hear abut smene like Fiennes, yu ask whether exercise is wrth it, I advise yu t cnsider yur wn cnditin.”
Are yu trying t find the ideal time fr exercise? The truth is, it's persnal!
But if yu're nt a mrning persn, it may nt wrk fr yu t try t get up at dawn t wrk ut.(但是,如果你不是一个早起的人,那么努力在黎明起床锻炼身体可能对你不起作用。)可知E项Yu might have heard that the best time t exercise is early in the mrning.(你可能听说过,锻炼的最佳时间是清晨。)
3.G根据下句中的 yur exercise sessin earlier in the day r try less intense, mre mindful frms f mvement. G项中的flexible and have a plan fr varius times f a day相呼应。
If yu'd like t spend mre time with yur family, find an activity yu can d tgether.(如果你想花更多时间和你的家人在一起,找一项你们可以一起做的活动。)
There are s many chices.
