a number f 意为“许多”a set number f 意为“一定数量的”,后跟可数名词的复数形式。a huge/large/great number f 均意为“大量的”,其后跟可数名词的复数形式。作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式。eg: A large number f farmers mve t the city.
a kind/srt/type f, this kind/srt/type f+ 可数名词单数/不可数名词,动词用单数形式。在these kinds f, many/several kinds f 之后的名词, 既可以是单数名词或不可数名词,也可以是复数名词,动词都用复数形式。

express在本句中为及物动词,意为“表达”,后面可直接跟宾语。常用于express sth. t sb.结构,意为“向某人表达某事”,express neself意为“表达某人自己的思想”。【拓展】express的名词形式为expressin。
