Step1 Greeting T: Class beings. Ss: Stand up. T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Miss G. T: Good morning, boys. Boys: Good morning, Miss G. T: Good morning, girls. Girls: Good morning, Miss G. T: Sit down, please. Step 2 review
T: Look at the butterfly. What is it doing? Learn flutter, dancing in the summer sky, fly over here, up and down, round.
Ask ss to find the letters they have learned last unit. How a little train with a-n on it, and the next o p q. Teach ss how to read and write.
1) Show single letter, then two together. 2) Show some words, and ss to find out the letter of o p q. Butterfly cicada ladybird…. 3)Show some letters in different colour, and try to say phrases like: A green q/ a pink P… 4)Show a picture with several letters on it, ss should count and make dialogue like: S1: How many red ps? S2: One, two... three red ps. S1: What’s this? S2: It’s a Q. S1: Is this a b? S2: No, this is a p. Step 3 practice A.Look and judge Teach how to do the exercise. How to draw small face and sad face B.Listen and draw Review the insects Teach how to draw a line C.Act and say Use the word cards to act
