Tfu! My favurite style is fried stinky tfu.
Fried fd always hits the spt. But stinky tfu? I’ve never tried it.
Really? As the name suggests, the smell is terrible but the taste is actually quite mild . it tastes like fried tfu with less f the bean flavur and mre f a slight sweetness.
I’m still nt sure whether I culd stand the smell.

Stinky tfu: nce yu start, yu’ll never stp! Of all the different ways f cking tfu (als knwn as bean curd), my favurite is stinky tfu. Thrughut China there are a number f different versins f stinky tfu: sme are fried glden brwn while thers are blackish blue. Of all versins f stinky tfu, the Nanjing style and Changsha style are the mst famus. I first tried stinky tfu at a street market with my grandpa when I was very little.
