I turned up the vlumeand std staring at the radi, hlding my breath and waiting fr the first ntes f the sng.

Tday, I have in my cllectin every disc ever made by the Beatles. I truly lve their music and enjy lking at their musical jurney frm basic rck and rll, thrugh their experimentatin with mre cmplicated and prgressive sunds, and then back t the less cmplicated music f their final recrds. Whenever I listen t “She Lves Yu”, I am instantly taken back t my teenage years. I can picture my bedrm decrated with psters f the Fab Fur smiling dwn at me and I can see myself riding my bicycle thrugh cuntry lanes singing “yeah, yeah, yeah” at the tp f my vice. Yes, the Beatles’s music has accmpanied me thrughut my life. It has helped me lk t the future with expectatin and nw it helps me reflect n my life with quiet satisfactin.

Michael Jacksn: King f PpOne f the main reasns why Michael Jacksn became my favurite singer is his lifelng devtin t his music. At an early age, Michael recrded his first music album with his family band called the Jacksn 5. That was in the 1960s and it was just the beginning fr the “King f Pp”. At the age f thirteen, he began his jurney t becming a wrld-famus sl artist with a career f almst frty years.
As Michael develped ver the years as a persn, s did his music. He cvered a wide range f music types and gained generatins f fans. His stylish dance mves and uncnventinal fashin sense als influenced his music and fans greatly. Thse wh grew up with his music, like my parents, were verjyed whenever his next album was released, because they knew it wuld set the next trend. His mst successful album, Thriller, was released in 1982 and wrldwide, is still the bestselling album f all time. It includes the ppular sngs “Billie Jean”, “Beat It” and f curse “Thriller”. Besides his entertaining sngs, I like Michael Jacksn because his music and style are genuinely riginal and timeless.
I remember the first time when I heard his music. I was six years ld and playing in my rm when I heard the first drum beats f “Beat It”. I ran int the living rm and heard my parents singing at the tp f their vices, and they were ding a strange dance: the mnwalk. I still recall feeling amazed and delighted when I heard Jacksn’s ne-f-a-kind vice: the pleasant tne and catchy signature sunds he is famus fr. Singing and dancing t Michael’s sngs became a fun family traditin. Ever since then, if I am feeling lnely r upset, his music has cme t my rescue and turned my frwn upside dwn. That is the pwer f the King f Pp.
My favrite sng is “Faded” cmpsed by Alan Walker. I heard it fr the first time abut fur years ag. At that time, I was a vluntary Chinese teacher in Cambdia. When I was preparing the table fr lunch, my rmmate intrduced me t this piece f music. As sn as the vice reached my ears, I can’t help but tremble (颤抖) with delight. It seemed that every musical nte had tuched my skin. It has accmpanied me thrughut my hard times. Whenever I feel depressing, the meldy culd always cheer me up.
