Step 1: Warm-up
1. Listen to a song “In my room”. 2. Free talk:
T: Look at this house. We have Dad and Mum here. We watch TV in the living room. We cook dinner in the kitchen. We take a bath in the bathroom. We go to sleep in the bedroom. So this is our home. T: I have a big and sweet home. What about you? Step 2. Presentation and practice
1. T: We all have a sweet and happy home. Look, who are they? S:SY and SH.
T:They have a new home.What do you think of their home? S: It’s nice. What rooms do they have?
2. Learn the words: living room,bathroom, kitchen, bedroom
T: Where’s the living room? Oh, it’s here. It’s in our new home.What can we do in the living room?
S: We can sit and have a rest in the living room.
T: Is it a living room?
S:No, it isn’t. It’s a bathroom.
T:Yes. It’s a bathroom.We can take a bath in the bathroom. Where’s the bathroom?
