【教学目标】

1、在情景中掌握三会单词sofa，bedroom，living room, kitchen, bathroom。

2、初步感知句型Where’s the …? It’s …  Where are the … ? They’re … ，并尝试运用这些句型来谈论单复数物品的方位。

3、通过看图、听录音和阅读等方式学习文本，把握文章的主要内容。 4、通过合作探究，提高学生英语语言的思维能力和交际能力。 5、通过对课文的学习交流，激发起学生对家的热爱之情。

【教学重点】

1. 理解和掌握句型Where’s the …? It’s … Where are the … ? They’re … 2.理解课文，通过对课文的学习交流，激发起学生对家的热爱之情。

【教学难点】

对复数物品的方位表述。

【教学过程】

Step 1: Warm-up

1. Listen to a song  “In my room”. 2. Free talk:

T: Look at this house. We have Dad and Mum here. We watch TV in the living room. We cook dinner in the kitchen. We take a bath in the bathroom.  We go to sleep in the bedroom. So this is our home.   T: I have a big and sweet home. What about you?  Step 2. Presentation and practice 

1. T: We all have a sweet and happy home. Look, who are they? S:SY and SH.

T:They have a new home.What do you think of their home? S: It’s nice. What rooms do they have?

2. Learn the words: living room,bathroom, kitchen, bedroom

T: Where’s the living room? Oh, it’s here. It’s in our new home.What can we do in the living room?

S: We can sit and have a rest in the living room.

T: Is it a living room? 

S:No, it isn’t. It’s a bathroom.

T:Yes. It’s a bathroom.We can take a bath in the bathroom. Where’s the bathroom? 

S:It’s in our new home. T:Look!What’s this?      

S:It’s a kitchen. 

T:What can we do in the living room?

S:We can cook dinner in the kitchen.It’s in our new home too.

T: Guess：We can sleep in the room.What’s that room?        S:Bedroom.

3.看板书读单词，读完后，玩游戏。       4.学故事时间。 

T: Su Hai’s family have nice rooms. And they take many things to their new home. What are they?

 3. T: Wow, so many things. Su Yang’s Mum and Dad put the things in different

rooms. Where are they? Now let’s guess!

     T: Where’s the bag?

       You can ask ‘Is it …?”

       Maybe “Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.”

 Students use the sentences to guess.

 “Where’s the ….?  Is it …?  Yes, it is. /No, it isn’t. It’s …” Step 3: Learn to say

 1. T: Now, we know where the things are. But Su Hai and Su Yang can’t find

their things. What are they looking for?  Listen and answer the question: What are Su Hai and Su Yang looking for?

 2. T: What are these things? Watch the cartoon and find them?     

T: Where’s the bag?Where are they? Please discuss in pairs.

      Here is one cap. So we should use “is and It’s “, Here are two skirts, so we should use “are and They’re” Follow me.并呈现板书。

3. T: Oh, I can say a chant! Can you?Can you make a chant? Say a chant with plural things.    Skirts, skirts,Where are the skirts?

  Living room, living room,They are in the living room. So much for this! It’s time to read the story.
