(1)Ask the students to read the passage fast,then answer the question: “ What does the passage mainly talk about?”

2. Skimming

Ask students to skim the passage, and complete the table in Activity 3.

①Present some sentences to the students and ask them to write “T” or “F” also correct the wrong sentences after reading Paragraph 2 .
