2) 能简单谈论规章制度；能正确使用否定祈使句陈述规章要求

能用英语表达和制定一些简单的规则，理解没有规矩不成方圆，了解中外相同或不同的校规、班规及家规。

 Rule 1 You will not touch anything.

 Rule 2 You will not bother me while I'm working.

 Rule 3 You will not cry or while or laugh or giggle or sneeze or burp or fart. - No annoying sounds.

T - Do you know the places that have rules?

And what rules do you know?

1. to lead to the topic. To stimulate the interests of this class.图片导入，引发兴趣，引话题

2. A cartoon to stimulate the interests of this class; a  free talk using the topic “rules” 卡通片激发学生学习兴趣，为本课增加趣味性；交谈rules的话题，引出本课话题，初步感知rules

Step2 Presentation

1. Show some pictures of the rules:

   T: Today we are going to learn school rules.

1a. Write the number of the rule next to the student.

2. 1b. Listen. What rules are these students breaking? Write the numbers after the names.

  Fill the blanks:
